Extremely comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set in the room. Welcoming service with free parking available on site. What a very helpful and amicable staff!

The location of Copper Beech Rooms is exceptionally nice. It is lucky to hear a lion growling down the road from the local zoo.- The accommodation is close to Treloy Golf Club.- It is close enough to reach the city center in 5-10 minutes.- The coast and Newquay town centre are also nearby.

The hotel had a perfect location, very close to central Newquay and the beaches. There were lots of restaurants nearby, like Kahuna which was only a 5-minute walk away.

We had a comfortable 10 nights stay. The personnel was affable, and the owner too.- There were extremely comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room.- Everything seemed good, clean.

I recently stayed at Copper Beech Rooms for a short trip in Newquay. The room was clean and quiet, with plenty of storage space and a fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. Claire, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing a list of local eating places and even offering to book for us. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the beach and main town. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean, spacious room with a comfy bed. The location was great, close to beautiful gardens and the town center. We were even lucky enough to hear a lion growling from the nearby zoo. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the owner helping us with our luggage. The breakfast was highly recommended and we enjoyed the complimentary goodies in our room, such as fresh milk and biscuits. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
The communication with the landlady was not satisfactory, as we were asked to call her on her mobile for any issues and received a rather rude response when informing her about our check-out.

We had a fantastic value for our money at Copper Beech Rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials and more. The location was perfect, with attractions and amenities within a short walk.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more continental options, like cold cuts, cheese, and pastries.

Lovely clean hotel, daily room cleaning, fresh bedding and towels, mini fridge with proper bottled milk, friendly and accommodating hosts.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was amazing. It was right next to the zoo, so I had the unique experience of hearing a lion growling down the road! Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised to find a bath in my room, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing.
All was well during my stay here.
